I just wanted to stop by and say hello to Ben! I am sure you do not remember me but we went to school together. Jeremy Mauer was our teacher at a charter school in Arlington, Texas. I remember you use to always carry your guitar! Anyways, I am glad to see you are doing so well for yourself. I will come and see you when you guys do a show in the area.

It’s awesome to feel like I have a right arm again! Separation anxiety was intense. A happy byproduct of this situation is my “new” old Les Paul that I had refurbed to get me through the time between the “burns”. Special Thanks to Jason Nix of Speakeasy Guitars for getting it ready for me on a moment’s notice.

hmmm…. I wonder what a song called return of the burn would sound like…. that sounds like a fitting title for one of the newer tunes from the granbury sessions… I bet I could talk D out of his solo….
